So, usually I only write on inspirational people, events & news related to India. However, today I couldn’t resist myself from writing an article about something more international. Being a cat parent, I often find myself following Instagram accounts related to cats. One beautiful phenomenon that I noticed while browsing on Instagram, was the presence of IG accounts by foster parents & dedicated to foster cats & kittens. For those who don’t know, foster parents temporarily take care of rescued animals until they find forever homes. Creating a social media presence for such initiatives is a very important and powerful tool, for raising awareness on adopting animals. The power of images and pictures in incredible, and can often pull in and attract people to adopt & rescue animals, rather than buying them from breeders.
In this post, I’d like to share with you pictures of five cute, adorable & playful kittens that are winning hearts all over the world through their social media presence. The foster parents of these kittens are being approached with many adoption requests, with people eager to bring the little bundles of joy home. If you too, would like to create awareness on adopting & rescuing animals, you may wish to take a leaf out of the book of these internet savvy, social media foster parents. Alright, enough proselytizing. Here are the pictures you probably came to this post for:
