Hello. I hail from Bokaro Steel City in Jharkhand and have always dreamt of becoming a doctor. However, situations in life turned out so that I trained to become an engineer and finally I pursued my purpose of becoming an author. In my journey, I also started a blogging website, pephour.com, and started my career as a blogger, motivational speaker and a life coach.
Corridors of life is about basic hiccups we experience and their corresponding solutions. The book revolves around real life examples which the readers can easily connect to. It is more of a motivational manual that helps in aligning with the realities of life and suggests ways to move forward by navigating across problems smoothly.
As a motivational speaker and a life coach, I started observing people and I realised that there were only a few common things everyone suffers from, including mental health, career- related issues, relationships, family and money. It inspired me to think more deeply about these issues and write my feelings which I think was different from the rest.
The tag line of the book, “A talk with your own soul” depicts the actual meaning of the book – that it’s a talking book which makes it unique because when read in silence, it would seem that the book is talking to the reader.
There are many challenges to writing a book that includes content, language and presentation among others. But the most challenging aspect would be the dedication and there were some phases where I was not sure of what to write about that readers can easily connect to.
My favourite authors are Robin Sharma, Napoleon Hill, Joseph Murphy and Norman Vincent Peale.
A: Currently I’m working on my next book, “The Infinite”, which deals with the social and mental problems faced in society. This book is based on a poetic theme in which every chapter is going to end with beautiful poems related to the chapters.
Being an author gives an important image in society. When my words heal someone and help them to achieve their dreams, it’s a success for me every time.
If you are writing a book as a hobby, then it will provide temporary happiness. The one who is thinking to become a successful author needs to see their writing as their passion. Along with it, always look for that content which is your actual imagination. I believe that words have magic to change our lives. I have experienced it and it’s time for others to do as well.
